Lopy Store 保留隨時全權酌情決定變更、修改、新增或移除本使用條款部分內容之權利。你有責任定期查看本使用條款的變更。如在變更發佈後繼續使用本網站，即表示你接受並同意有關變更。只要你遵循本使用條款，Lopy Store 即授予你進入和使用本網站的個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、有限的權利。

－運送及退換政策－

  1. 任何訂單一經確認，均不可取消。
  2. 預訂商品，付款日後 30 日內發貨。
  3. 現貨商品，付款日後 3 個工作天內發貨。
  4. 貨物出門，恕不退換。
  5. 如出現品質問題，需要即時及在影低完整物流包裝及全單收到之產品，並把相關圖片／證明發送給本商店以作跟進。
  6. 客人需要在不影響商品作二次銷售的情況下，由客人支付運費把整張訂單之所有商品一併退回。當本商店收到退貨並確認沒有影響二次銷售的情況下，將會把其餘金額退回。

－注意事項－

  1. 客人需了解條款及細則並清楚選用代購商品之風險後，自行評估是否購買。
  2. 貨品只能按情況而可能作出退換服務，決定權均屬於本商店，任何人不得異議。
  3. 如本商店特別提供退換貨服務，請確保商品及其包裝完整無缺，而且需確保商品能作二次銷售。
  4. 我方可不時修改本條款及細則，恕不另行通知。本條款及細則的修訂版在本網站出現時即時生效。
  5. 如有任何爭議，本商店均擁有最終決定權。

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Lopy web site located at https://www.lopystore.com . The Site is the property of Lopy Store and its licensors. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE. 

Lopy Store reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Lopy Store grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

－ Shipping and Return Policy －

  1. Order can NOT be cancelled once the order have been confirmed.
  2. Pre order product, ship within 30 days once the payment have been confirmed.
  3. In-Stock product, ship within 3 working days once the payment have been confirmed.
  4. Exchange or refund is not allowed.
  5. If there are quality issue, guests must provide evidences of whole packing parcel and received products for record.
  6. For return situation (If any), customers must pay the shipping fee and deliver all products of that order (including tag and packaging in its original good conditions that it can be sold again).

－Important Information－

  1. Customer are required to evaluate the risk and understand all terms and conditions before purchase.
  2. Lopy’s decision whether to accept or refuse any request for refund or exchange shall be final.
  3. Please be ensured the return products and packing is prefect, intact and able to be re-sell.
  4. We may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without prior notice.
